Scenator archives your video scenes

  The stroke of genius:
Because the content of the video is summarized in five representative pictures, you can set your keywords without using an additional programs for viewing, archiving and retrieving the scenes.

Archiving and finding: step by step

1) Read in
open the video folder
select video files for import
start import by click on the OK-button.

(SCENATOR analyses the selected video files, writes the file properties into the database and extracts 5 characteristic pictures.)

2) Specify a label (CD number) for your storage medium.
Type in a label for your Medium in column (CD - label). A strictly use of this label is recommended (e.g. A0001, A0002).

3) Associate your keywords
select the video files you want to archive.
select a keyword from the predefined tree view (the keywords can be individually edited under "Extras/Options/Keywords")

4) Finding your video scenes
After years you may want to find your scenes. All you know is, that there was something like Joe and Mary's holidays or something from your little son.
Clear keywords (all the highlighted red keywords will disappear)
Select keyword from tree view and press button "Keyword search"

5) Make your files accessible by copying to HDD

Select the desired files from the list.
Click button "Copy to HDD" (SCENATOR asks for CD Label and copies selected files to specified path (Set in "Extras/Options/ copy files to path )
You find all your stuff for your new video in the specified path.
